Family days
The collective “Family Days” was created in 2014 by a group of associations and/or foundations working in the field of adapted sport for people with disabilities.
Although the project was previously carried out by three associations during the first two years THE FAMILY DAYS have now gone the extra mile thanks to six partner associations to allow people with reduced mobility to come and discover with family or friends the joys of sitting skiing and adapted summer activities such as Cimgo, Quadrix, Explorer or Joëllette.
The aim of the various associations through this joint project is to make accessible to all their special activities by making their machines available free of charge while the pilots and managers active during these days are volunteers.
The synergy that results from this “joint venture” as well as the great collaboration with the facility managers of several stations will allow families and individuals to access these activities without additional costs related to disability.
The six entities involved in the project are: Capdenho, Fun For All, Différences Solidaires, Gotandem, Handiconcept.
