The snow kart is a device specially designed for autonomous people with reduced mobility who have good upper body mobility but poor balance. The passenger sits in a shell attached to two articulated skis. The passenger controls the movement of the machine with the help of two guide bars located on either side of the machine. With this adapted equipment, it is possible to ski down many slopes, as long as they do not have significant slopes or are not too steep. It is possible to use the ski lifts (chairlifts and crossbars). The accompanying person is on his\/her own skis.<\/p>\n
